Shipping
Shipping Process:
- We do not process or ship orders on weekends and major U.S. holidays. Orders purchased during these times will be processed on the following business day. Please allow an additional 2 processing days during promotional and holiday periods.
- We are unable to make changes once an order has shipped so we ask that you ensure all information is correct before submitting the order.
- When selecting express or international shipping, please note that we are only provided with an estimated date from our shipping carriers.
- Once the order has been packed and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information for reference.
Return
Domestic Returns:
- You can initiate a return by visiting our returns portal at lostwanderdress.com.
- Once approved, the system will automatically generate a return shipping label for you. Please note that we are only able to create this once, so kindly ensure that the label is used within 5 days from the day it was created.
- Items that are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags attached, purchased in the last 30 days are eligible for return.
- Returns of swimwear are only valid if the hygiene slip is intact.
- All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return.
International Returns:
- To initiate an international return, please contact us through our website with your order number.
- Once approved, you will receive further instructions on where to send the return. Please note that we do not provide a return label for international orders.
- Items that are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags attached, purchased in the last 30 days are eligible for return.
- Returns of swimwear are only valid if the hygiene slip is intact.
- All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return.
Exchange:
- You can exchange items for a different size when you start your return.
- We currently do not accept exchanges for different styles or colors.
- Customers are entitled to a full refund within the 30 days of purchase if goods turn out to be faulty.
- Any item(s) where a fault has been caused due to customer negligence, such as, but not limited to, pulls from wear or not following the care instructions, will not be eligible. Only manufacturing faults will be considered.
- Please contact us via our website for assistance with faulty items.
Refunds
- We are not obliged to provide you a refund or exchange until we receive the product(s) back from us.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If your return has been rejected for any of the reasons stated in our policy, your item(s) will be returned to you along with a letter outlining the reason(s).
Exclusions:
- Items marked as final sale.
- Face masks.
- Accessories.
- Gift cards.
- Returns of swimwear are only valid if the hygiene slip is intact.
- Items that have had their security tags removed.
- Products purchased at any of our sample sales or warehouse events.
- Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
